No problem. I have written two articles, one for fogs called Painting 2004 Fogs, and the DIY Harley Tails.

The Lightning style ones yes, search ebay for black Lightning heads and you will see what they look like.

I got my Hellas a few days ago. I didn't put them in yet, was waiting for my new bulbs to come in. They came today. Any way, I was wondering if you ran a bead of silicone along the seam? Have you had any problems with them leaking?

I read a lot of bad press about the Hella heads last night. Leaks and clear peeling. I didn't research this before I bought, but it's too late now. I didn't reseal them figuring they are new and I shouldn't have to. I'm hoping mine are the new design, and I won't have any problems because they are in. They do look sharp. My truck is red over dsg and getting rid of the chrome look up front is nice. Next up are the fogs. I may try painting them, following the write up that DarrenWS6 wrote. The only problem with that is I'm not a patient man.

I will probably do that just to be on the safe side, but I know what you mean about not being patient!! I like the way they come out but I am just not sure if I could make them look that clean, as in DarrenWS6's truck.

The Hella's will look real good on your black '04. Good luck, and I hope you don't have any problems..... I read too many of DarrenWS6's posts. He cost me $50.00 worth of LED lights... License plate, cargo lights and stealth turn signal bulbs..... but it does look good

I knew I should have put a "dont blame me!" disaclaimer . But hey, you know you are a lot happier with your trucks illumination now, and you'll never need to change them out.
