I have the Carriage Works grille. I got both of them for about $200 off AutoAnything, but that was with a 15% discount.
As for the HIDs check out ddmtuning.com. I got both heads and fogs for $135 shipped and taxed. Search ddmtuning on here and you will find a bunch of threads about them.
