lariat striping and body colors

i have a 01 lariat. my question is, is the underside brown/silver stripe thats part of our package actual paint? or is it more of a paint decal thats applied on and can be taken off at a body/paint shop? same question with the striping that goes a little above the door handle and runs from the front fender to the end of the door.

thanks guys, havent been on in a while due to wicked school hw papers mid terms finals ect. so its good to be back. ha

stripe can be removed as it is a decal but the rockers are painted and the only way to change them is have the whole truck resprayed or line-x

I have a '99 Lariat, and If I were to remove the pinstriping, do you think there would be noticeable fading between where the strip was and the rest of the body?

True, the white would be a little easier. ...One day... I was thinking about taking off just the pinstripe and leaving the "Lariat" on the rear doors.

DONT take this off, the two-tone looks terrible with out it. Its not a fade just a perfect color to tan switch it looks TERRIBLE.
