hey guys recently ordered some stuff from patriot decal and have no way to contact them. does anyone have some #'s for me or emails thanks

 

I couldn't find any numbers for you but if you go to their website, contact info is at the bottom. If I click on contact us, it takes me to Microsoft Outlook and the email address says contact@patriotdecals.com There is also a link to the Facebook page where the owners names are listed. Looking at the wall page, you can see that the owners talk with people on Facebook so if you left a message/comment on the page, they will respond and should let you know what is going on. People on this site have said that it can take around 2 weeks for decals to come in.

 

I just placed an order with them - going to change my overlays. Used Paypal and there this information was included:
email: support@patriotdecals.com

and a phone number: 940-855-9999

but I would be patient. I've purchased from them before and agree with Dark Shadow, it can take a couple weeks for decals to arrive. They sometimes get busy and it can take longer and they are a mom and pop shop - this is not a BIG commercial operation. But they do outstanding work and customer satisfaction is high with them. Unless you need to make a change or have other urgent issue, be patient.

well worth the wait but both times i bought decals from them they came in about a week

 

I also think that they disconnected their phone number.

 

I want to order some decals, emailed them and got no answer. Wish they would send me one back!

 

i just placed an order last week. i contacted them last thursday to find out when my order will be shipped, but they said the weather was real bad in texas-therefore everything was closed, post office, schools, army base. and this was as of friday. i believe she said there power was out to. but i would give it 2 weeks to recieve an order.im hoping i get my decals by the weekend.

 

Took a week and a half for my decals to arrive, and I must say I can't wait until my truck is back so I can put them on!

 

Just FYI - I ordered my new decals from Patriot on the 31st of Jan and they arrived today, Feb 4th. May have been an item that had in stock - gloss black background with Chrome letters, but still... super fast delivery!

 

lucky you. i ordered mine way before. jan 26 to be exact. and i have still yet to get them. they said sometime soon. so we will see... chrome letters with white background.

 

you'd be surprised on how fast it takes to change two colors on a saved design and hit Ctrl + P

 

Does anyone ever get an email answer? I've sent two emails without an answer. That was a week ago. I need an answer before I order.

 

I too have sent 2 emails one through website and through facebook.
No responce. Anybody have another good source to use for inlays?

 

Maybe ask your question on here. Alot of members have these decals.
