I recently got DDM Hid's and was wondering would it be worth upgrading to projector headlights and which company makes high quality headlights.

 

well as most people will probably tell you, HID's in regular reflector housings really **** people off as it throws light everywhere and blinds oncoming traffic. a projector focuses the beam so light isnt thrown off everywhere. i know there are some projector sets on ebay (thats where i got mine) but if you actually have some money to spend im sure you could find a higher quality set somewhere or even do a retrofitting. hope this helps

 

projectors are perfect for HIDs. the problem is the projectors they make for these trucks are cheap plastic knock-off that actually lower the light output. unless you can find some Audi headights and cut out the projector and mold into an F-150 headlight, stick to the reflector. just be sure to aim them down
