Sounds like DDM is stepping up to the plate and addressing the situation for you guys, that's good to hear. Hopefully the delays were just because of the holidays.

Your welcome man. When you call if you put 2 in for Tech Support you will be on hold for a while. Every 10 or 15 seconds it will say press 4 or something to continue to hold. I did this probably 10 times until someone picked up. Then I kept them on the line after I told them what the problem was and got the email and emailed it to them and confirmed they got it. Then he went to the back and talked and found out what I needed then called me back and said they were on their way. The number I used was 858.633.2020. Thats what I did to get things resolved.

Brent

If you want reasonably priced HIDS and fast service, you should try this. Check out the prices and 1 to 3 days delivery. www.wholesalexenonhid.com

In my life I've bought four sets of HIDs off eBay. Two for me, one for my sis and one for my bro. All from no-name sellers for $40 each and I've NEVER had any problems with any of them

Oh the irony
