can you adjust an 04's fog lights?

I leveled my 04 screw and my fog lights seems to be as high as my headlights. I looked in the fender at the back side of the fogs and they look like they are in a fixed location. I want to lower the beam of light, someone correct me if they can be lowered.

I hope you get an answer. I just ordered a AS 2" leveling kit for my '09 and I suspect I may be looking into having to do the same thing.

Your fogs don't have a vertical screw with a spring through it? The Expy fogs (the square ones) have one in the back, and that adjusts aim. I thought I saw one on my dad's 05.

That's what it looks like on an Expy fog. Tightening it raises the light, loosening it lowers it.
