Questions about Interior LED change over

First on the rear dome light when i took it off it has a hole on each side of Festoon bulb. However it didnt have lights install there like the front? Can you add two lights? I tried taking one from the front and adding it in the rear but wouldnt light up? the bulb was good or maybe has to have both outer lights install liek to run in series??

If not I just need to order 2 LEDS for the front on the back just one Festoon bulb for the rear. Do the LEDs make that much of a differance then the stock ones as far as lighting up the inside of the truck?
Next is it worth spending even more and getting the super bright leds?

Next can someone please correct me if Im wrong but the rear license plate lights are the same are the front done light LEDS?

Im wanting to go with blue but worried it may be to dark?

Thanks!

i was debating that too with those 2 rear holes ... guessing you have to get 2 bulb retainers from the dealer and test it out

front domes and plate are both 194s and the led swap is a difference unless you get not so strong bulbs for them ... smts are definatly the way to go

agreed I just put SMT II Towers from autolumination.com in my front map lights they light up real well and they look cool too like a real xenon cool white color. I donno for the scabs but my supercrew has dual maplights in the back too.

well again i pulled the retainer and bulb from the front abd it screwed right into the rear hole but didnt light up. So not sure what the deal is with it. I even tried turning the dial on the light switch to turn the over head lights on. Unless you have to have the key in the turned on position. I was just opening the doors. If no responses ill do more testing when i get the new leds.

mine are from Oznium.com....

check gallery for pics. VERY BRIGHT. 2 lights up front, only 1 in the back. My girlfriend hates them because they are so bright. 1 LED board is brighter than all 3 of the halogens on.

here ya go:

I picked up all mine form Vleds.com as well. I went with all 6K bulbs and they are perfectly bright if you ask me. A slight blue tint and lots of crisp white light! I should have some pics in my photobucket, I have recently upgraded some of the LED's to Vleds new LED boards; My rear light is like daylight now with 16 LED's shining from the center courtesy light!
