So I was wondering if getting demon eyes is that illegal?

i'm assuming he's talking about a version of the angel eyes, a la BMW headlights.

OP, if by "demon" you mean the rings are red, then i'd refrain from doing the mod, unless you like tickets.

I thought he meant the lay over that goes in the back window. Guy here at work has these demon looking eyes on his black out F-250. Looks pretty sweet, but I'd never have it on a truck I own, but I don't like any stickers what so ever.

its probably not legal, but it just depends on how strict the local law enforcement is. i know in texas your not supposed to have any color but white and amber visible from the front of the vehicle, but i see people with blue hid's all the time.

Yep, any red facing the front of the vehicle is definitely not legal. I wouldn't get them, esp if cops are already looking for you. Of course I don't follow my own advice because I have color changing LEDs in my corners. I call them "my seven reasons to get pulled over." LOL

red halos will get you a ticket in most states..

white is legal
