LED Tail lights one brighter than the other. Any Help?

A friend just told me know he noticed one of my tail lights was brighter than the other on steady burn. I took a look and he was right and I checked the wiring nothing was loose. Any Help?

You are going to have to give us more info than that. What type of taillights are these? LED replacements? Whole chipset tails?, etc.

Switch them around. If the original dim is still dim, then it's the tail light, in which case it'd be something you'd have to ask the manufacturer about.

If the "dimness" stays on the same side, then I'd guess it could be the wiring, though I don't think that'll be the case.

Do they both dim/light up like they should, just at different levels, or does the dim light stay the same, regardless of what you do?

Good idea I will switch them tomorrow. When in steady burn and when brake is pressed I can see a slight difference that the passenger side is dimmer than the driver side. If it matters they are bout 2 months old and not sure if they were like this from the start. It is not really noticeable unless you stand back a distance where you can see both tails.

Ok so I switched the lights and the same light was dimmer that would mean the problem is with the light. Now of coarse this could not be my only problem. I noticed when I was checkiing the tails that one of them was leaking water. I have emailed the seller and asked for a warranty replacement. This I hope will fix my problem thanks for the help.
