using nightshades on MC

i thought about using nightshades on my motorcycle windscreen as opposed to others that our totally blacking them out. btw, its really small and 99% of the time, you cant get low enough to see through it.

its plastic, im assuming just as our tails are. is in necessary to use 4000 grit sandpaper? i would be spraying the back side of the screen and i dont know if it would leave scratch marks.

Sure it will. I did that on my old bike but I had a good amount of bow in my shield which caused wrinkles so I went ahead and used niteshades.

I never had luck with tint taking shape to curved plexi glass. Night shade it.

if you use a heatgun and heat shrink window tint it will work.....niteshade will be cheaper though and probably last longer aganst the elements.

On my Buell Firebolt I paint the inside of the windscreen with Krylon Placti-Cote (spelling). In full tuck I was still over the screen. It came out pretty good. It looked glossy on the outside since it was under, no chips from rocks... I liked it!

I will try to find a pic.
