Looks awesome!!! I'm lovin' your truck, dude. I can't wait to see the mirrors and a drop on it.

Are the 06-08 F150s the only ones with the raised letters on the Ford emblems?

Thanks. I can't wait either. lol. I do believe the 06-08 are the only ones. It was a pain to sand them down cause the letters are metal.

The PatriotDecals crew is great and they produce some awesome products! I've got them for my local Mustang site.

Your truck looks great!!

Was it really bad. I am litterally ordering a set for the wifes edge right now and noticed that her letters were raised and was worried about it laying right. Is it better to take the emblem off or mask the grill?

Great Idea blacking out the chrome. Looks nice

Take them off if you can. Sanding isn't too bad with a orbital sander. I used a black and decker mouse with 220 grit to cut them down but 320 to smooth them out. Sand them down, you will regret not doing it. I had another set of them awhile back and ended up tossing them out of frustration.
