Should I go with 2.5'' Kit, or 2''.

I'm guessing the 2.5'' would make the front .5'' taller then the back, as the truck is 2WD. Correct?
I went with the 2" AS and it lifted my truck almost 2 3/4". This made my front about 1/2" higher than the rear. I replaced my 2" factory blocks with 3" ReadyLift blocks and I added 2000# SuperSpring helpers. Now, the rear is 1" higher than the front.

Do you have any Stock Pictures of your truck? I want mine to sit at the same height as yours, but mine is 2wd.
So I don't know, what I would need to achieve your height. I already got the Leveling Kit coming. Now just how high of a body lift.

This is the closest picture I have to stock. It was after I had the 2" AS Lift on the front which lifted my truck 2 3/4" for some reason.

You will have to go at least 2" higher in the back and a total of 4" in the front to get to the same height of a stock 4x4 with a 2" lift. To get to the same height as mine, you will need to go up 3" in the back and almost 5" in the front. Most members who lift their 2WDs go with a 6" lift which is really 6" in the front and 4" in the back.

You can do a search and find several posts which talk about lifting 4x2s.

Im not 100% sure, but I think a 3" body lift combined with that leveling kit will have you sitting pretty close to KR's.
His truck is higher in the back though because he has the 3" block and 2" in the front. Your truck will probably be pretty close to level. Depending on how bad your rake is now.

Complimenting what KR said, the 2" leveling kit with the 3" body lift will get you the 5" in the front, and it will put you and extra 3" in the back as well.

Here is a picture of Barrett's 2WD truck with a 6" suspension lift and 35s. It sits a little higher than my truck and I think it looks great with the black wheels. Look for his album and you can see the before and after pictures.
