Yea I did one coat on both my tail lights and on the 3rd brake light

then did three clear coats last one heavy and wet sanding inbetween. Then used a rubbing compound and plastix to clean them up. There was a really good write up on here that I used but I cant find it now, it was a pretty new one maybe someone will post it and they came out awesome.

 

one can should do it. just remember to take your time!
