Factory. There's a guy in Dallas that bought all of the stuff to do the swap, but ended up selling his truck. He says he's willing to trade for some subs and an amp that I have, but I have to find the time to go up there.

sounds like a good deal! i priced the parts needed around here and the cheapedt i found was $725 per door! so screw that! i think i might go with the a-1 kit.

They handles are a real pita, i put the Grippin' Billet Handles on mine, which required separating the handle from the bucket, i pulled the spring out, but its a pita to get back in.

But it looks like you already have it done and it looks good man. Did you get the color code from ford?

i took the paint code to o'riellys and had it mixed.
