How does this bumper attach

The listing states it a bumper cover. So does it attach over mine. I dont see how it would do that?

Ive emailed them thru ebay already and they have not answered. I would assume someone on here has put a bumper cover on.

 

It looks like It replaces the OEM bumper pad (plastic piece above metal bumper) and bolts down using the existing hardware from the old bumper pad. Then uses your steel bumper as a support brace.

 

from the looks its just a bumper cover seemingly from the tabs which are situated around the back and firing downward. Id say you would take your stock bumper off and drill you some holes where needed, then slip the cover on the bumper and secure them.

Reinstall the bumper take it to the shop get it painted or, get it painted before you slip over the bumper.

Thats at least what It looks like to me and I have a little bit of a history with auto body repairs.
