HID Place to buy! PLEASE READ

Okay, I am into Mustangs and I see alot of people having problems with getting HID's for our trucks.

Well I know that Mine takes the H13 so I went to the site that we all go to get and see how much they are.

Well they do offer plug and play and 15 mo warranty.

Go to www.vvme.com to check out the pricing.

I am in no way affilitated with them just hoping to pass along one heck of a deal to fellow modders!

Thanks guys,

Travis

Do you get a free tattoo kit with every purchase?

Good price, who's gonna be the first guinea pig?

Last time I looked they did not have the tattoo kit so i do find it funny!

Yes all HID's are illegal unless they are installed from the factory. I've still got them and have had them on previous vehicles as well. About to install another set on my fiance's '09 GT as soon as she takes delivery. As long as you don't get them too blue (like 8000k or higher) most LEO's won't say anything.

Yes HIDs are illegal. However if you order 6000k or below you shouldn't have any problems. People run into problems with the law when they run the 8000k and higher kits which are very blue.

4300k heads and fogs for 3 years now and not a single incident with local authorities or oncoming traffic.

I've had them for a bit in my fogs. Seem to work pretty well, though the 4300k are a different color than the 4300k Retrosolutions. My friend says the VVMEs are closer to true 4300k, but who knows.

I think the Audi guys have had good luck with them.

The fog lights arent no joke! They are brighter than my heads! I will be spraying some niteshades on mine to knock down the brightness a tad. havent got any flashes yet though.

I had 6000 K HID's in my headlights for a bit, but they were too blue. I'm in the process of retro-fitting Acura TL projectors into a pair of Harley edition headlights, but it won't be done for a bit. I'll be sticking with the OEM 4300 K Philips bulbs. When I'm done with the project, I'd be willing to do comparison shots of the retro-fit, HID kit and halogens.

For a lot of information, regarding HID's, check out HIDPlanet (You'll need to register to use the site).
