need advice please

i'm getting my roush grill this week. my question is , if i decide to paint it black what are the proper steps to preping to finish. also what is your thoughts keep it chrome or paint it, 06 true blue flareside

Keep it chrome. If you really really want to paint it there are a few threads about painting the Roush grille.

I'd say keep it chrome. Dark blue and black to me doesn't look good.
