HID low to hi problem

I just installed my Xentec h13 bixenon 5000k and h10 5000k hid lights. (I love them so far, aimed them down, and love the color) Everything seems to work great except when I switch my headlights from low to high my screen dims for a second and my subs make a noise. Has anyone had this problem or know a way to fix it? (the headlight relay is grounded straight to the battery.)

You should get digital ballasts. Those standard ones you have emit "noise" on certain wavelengths and most audio equipment will pick it up. I know when I have my HIDs on, I could be right next to a radio station and still hear static.

Sorry bud, for about $50 you can find a nice set of digitals. You never know what happens when you mate two new technologies. This isnt a bad thing though, because now we all know what will happen if you have all the stuff you have and HIDs
