Which to get 35W or 55W Hid kit

Is the 55watt hid kit too bright for low beam use or will it be fine?

If they are too bright should I go with that kit for my fog lights then run a 35 watt kit for headlights?

I *think* the 55W are too bright for your foglights, so stick to 35W for those, but for the headlights, definately get the 55W!!! Theres no such thing as too much light!

Unless you're on the receiving end of that light...

For fogs, get the 35W ones, and only run them out when you need extra light. Since you're lifted, those fogs are going to be shining right in people eyes.

Not sure on the headlights. You drive out in the middle of nowhere a lot? Either way, make sure you aim those suckers down, again, especially since you're lifted.

Depends on what temp (kelvin) bulbbs you order. The higher the kelvin the less light output. So, if you go up to 10K light I did, I say get the 50W kit for both!

I planned on getting 6000K for both fogs and driving lights and I always drive with my fogs on.

So ou think it would be better just goin with the 35W all around so I dont have people flash their dang brights at me alll the time?

Well I guess I dont care if they do because my KC Daylighters are postioned just high enough in my grill that shoots a blinding beam of light right into the winshield of the on coming cars!

6000K are great. Not too bluish and great output. Same here, I drive with my fogs on whenever my heads are on.

If you like a lot of light, get the 55W. They will both blind you, but the 55W will be brighter output which means farther down the road distance.

Same here!
