i want a brush guard for my 2wd

i have a red 2wd 98 f150 xlt and i want either a bull bar or a brush guard. Where can i find one for a 2wd drive and is it gonna look funny because i don't have tow hooks(will i have to mount it through the valence because that would look wierd)? what can i do?

unless you got a leveling kit or a lift i think bull bars look REDICULOUS on our body 2wd cause it just looks like its going to drag on the ground uf you hit a bump

it will have brackets to mount it to the frame. but you will have to cut through the bumper valence.

Bull bars don't look stupid on 2WD f150's
The lower valance you can cut the holes in it or replace with a new valacne with tow holes.

I've got one that'll fit your truck that I just recently took off to sell. It's a Westin Sportsman stainless steel triple chrome plated, and outside of the Westin sticker being a little faded, it is as good as new. No rust (of course..it's stainless), staining, piting, scratches, or flaking.

I'll even let the KC fog lights that are mounted on it go for free. $450 plus shipping for the whole shootin' match. The cheapest I could find a new one was $700 plus shipping on ebay. You can see pics of it in my album.

I got a chrome brush guard for my 2006 4x4 on ebay for $350 with free shipping, it shipped very fast and I am completely happy with since I saved about $200 be not buying a brand name brush guard. The guard I got is the exact same as all the ones a have seen and it mounts in four places, when I recieved it, it also came with directions for a 2 wheel drive truck but if you interested search for the ebay company "deals of steel" or you can go to dealsofsteels.com but idk the price there.

The lower mounting brackets that come with it allow for mounting to tow hooks (for 4wd) and the mounting points in the frame (for 2wd).
