but won't those "Autozone" LEDs make it have hotspots??? thats one thing I could do without....

nononono.... autozone has different color 194's. standard incandescent bulbs. if you get LEDs, go online and buy some "wide-angled" LEDs so they reach all over the gauge face.

yeah, my odo cable snapped or something, so im not clocking miles. so that, plus the fact i want an OEM tach PLUS i want diff colors one of these days im going to park it for a day and tear out the who dash and do those mods and clean up back there. maybe clean out the A/C vents too.
