RSBeachbum...awesome set up. Can you take a pic of how your flags attach to the pole? BTW, the Cowboys are gonna own TB...

Thanks again guys!
Don't have a pic, but all I did was put two I bolts in each pole the same length apart as the flags. Then I attached a carabiner from the I bolt to the flag for a quick disconnect.

I made some that threaded into the stake pocket and I had American flags on them. They were so cool, but the flags frayed and they kept drifting into the lane next to me It was a cool idea, but impractical. I never took my truck out on the highway with the flags on there because they were shredding at 40mph let alone 65 I did get some nice looks though

heres a flag pole for you i made

this is a simple design and i'm thinking about making a few more to sell seeing as though they are somewhat in demand here and there and my design makes it easy to install on your tool box or to the side of yer bed or even the back ... just need 2 bolts and there you go... i fly a 2x3' USMC flag from mine but have and can also fly a 3x5' flag i have a f150 ext cab short bed and even off the back of my tool box a 3x5' flag stays just inside the bed i can make them in black or polished ...

RS, did you cut those notches in the side of your bed to fit the board? I like that mount.

Those notches are standard issue for truck beds. Mine has them.
