Hella driving lights, bulb out..

I had a bulb go out in my lights behind the grille (hella 500 driving lights) the bulb is an H3 rated at 55w. Im looking to upgrade from the dull yellow light they currently put out. My HID"s kinda drown them out. I found some optilux xenon blue bulbs i think would compliment my HID's blue color and be an upgrade light wise, but they are rated at 100w is this goiing to matter? Are there other better replacement bulbs out there? I tried some silverstar replacements but they where not much better than what was in there, just whiter.

Im seriously thinking of getting a set of 55w HID's to put on my KC Daylighters. That would be bright.
