Replacement side mirror?
Replacement side mirror?
I have a 2004 SuperCrew with a broken passenger side mirror, "power, turn-signal and heat".
1- Should I just replace the passenger mirror at the dealer for $320.00 installed?
2- Should I get a aftermarket and what is recommended?
Thanks

after market mirrors always seem to be cheap and vibrate really bad....thats what happened to my last car.......that being said....you will NEVER catch me paying 300+ for another mirror so i guess ill just have a shaky mirror.....i say aftermarket and do it yourself
320 bucks is highway robbery
if it was me, i'm assuming you aint going to install it yourself (hell if i was in your town 20 bucks and i'd install it for ya) i'd buy one off of tasca.com and take it to a body shop/other auto place to put it on. shouldnt charge more than an hour of labor and that mirror is about 125 off of tasca. as for the aftermarket, the mirror itself is absolute crap and the plastic fades big time, i work at a plastic injection molding factory and can tell ya all plastic aint created equal.
