Does ANYONE have these fog lights and how did you get them to fit?



They are supposed to be for this valance



But on the bracket there is plastic molding stopping it from reaching the screw hole on the bumper. My question is has anyone got these and modified them or are they for a different bumper? The bracket is identical to the stock one. Pictures would be awesome! Thanks

 

those fogs go to the 2004-2005 F-150. that valence goes to a 1999-2003 F-150.

 

X2 Your going have a hell of a time trimming those to fit

That is incorrect. They clearly say on both the lens of the projector 9903f150 and on the plastic molding it says RF-9903-F150 aka RIGHT FOG/99-03/FORD F150, the aftermarket bracket is identical to factory except there is molding that prevents you from getting all 3 screws in. and the mesh trim fits in but the projector is too big to go all the way through. I THINK and am pretty sure now that they manufactured these wrong. I have been trying to visually prove that factor wrong but not yet have. Its possible they are for the 04 and ups but i need to have the truck in front of me

 

Those fog were for the correct model but sat in the valance a really dumb way and looked like crap, i would not recommend!
