HID headlight conversion aiming

I just replaced my factory headlight bulbs for a set of aftermarket HIDS. Do I need to re-aim/level them? Or will they stay at the same level as factory. I just dont want them to point too high and blind other driver nor too low. And if I do need to adjust them, does anyone know how?

I actually aimed mine UP a tad when I got HIDs. I have only been flashed twice. Once when I was cresting a hill my low-beams just raked the drivers coming up the hill and once the other day when some idiot STARED at them and blinded hisself so he was flashing his lights so I turned on my 100W Hella spotlights (purposely aimed up for this very reason ) and he soon learned what it feel like to lose in a lighting war.
