body work question

Can a small (about the size of an apple) dent be worked out of a chrome bumper? I want it out prior to powder coating. Thought I'd ask you guys first.

Sorry pal, cant be done. Bumper Steel is too strong to be repaired at home by a Novice. You would have to send it to a Bumper Shop or Exchange it to be rid of the dent..

Well I meant for a body shop to do. I was not about to attempt that myself. Just wondering if they can fix it or I will have to get a new bumper?

I work at a bodyshop and you will have to get a new one for it to be perfect other wise might be able to pop it out some but then the crome will chip and I don't know if the powder coating will be able to stick to two differnt serfuces. We don't even pop out quarter size dents.
