Question Possible paint help?

Well I plan on doing a PTM project with my upper and lower valance, once I find a lower valance from a 4WD w/ fogs.

I'm not sure how long it will take me, but I was wondering if anyone of you DFW guys would be willing to help me out with painting the pieces and such, and maybe a few tricks/tips for future paint projects??

Just wondering.

Thanks,

do you want them to be as slick and shiny as the factory paint, or have the textured look?

If I can somehow get them to to be smooth, I would love to do that. But I will be happy with a textured look. I know the smooth will involve a LOT of sanding...

not looking to spend that. your going to need to repaint in about 6 months or so driving around houston, hitting all those pot holes....haha.

Im more into the DIY jobs....id would like to be able to say "Yeah, I painted that, and it looks DAYUM good!". Plus i can do it for less than....well idk yet, but if i find a nice used 4WD valance, and get me a set of euro clear fogs from ebay($100), then i should be in good shape. and still have money left!

I've painted, flamed and cleared my entire truck plus painted all the plastic pieces inside and out as well as the drive shaft and other pieces underneath. Any questions regarding painting just shoot me an email or a private message.
