I'm gonna buy em....help me decide

OK. I just spent the last three hours searching and reading. The screen is starting to get blurry now so I gotta wrap it up. I'm going to take the plunge and buy a set of new headlights to lend a more modern look to my truck. I think I have narrowed it down to these three and I would like opinions on appearance, quality, output, etc. The first ones are TYC and the other two are DEPO. Prices including shipping are going to be about $115, $170, and $180.

Any input is appreciated but in addition to your opinion on the lights, I do have two specific questions.
1. From what I have read, TYC and DEPO are as good as you are going to get other than OEM but I have read a few complaints. Any thoughts?
2. Concerning the DEPOs with the built-in projector....
a. is it correct that they use the stock bulb as the low beam and a different bulb installed in the projector as the high beam?
b. are both lights on when on high?
c. are they plug and play with the provided harness?
d. am I crazy or do I remember reading something about the projectors pulling extra juice which may cause problems with the stock wiring?

I know this is a bunch, so thanks to everyone in advance.

#2 FTW

1. No idea

2. a)Yes they use 2 different bulbs.

b)Yes they are both on

c)Yes I believe they are. If they are not its not that hard to build a harness.

d) No they don't draw any more power. It might when your highs are on becuase you're powering 2 different bulbs.

number two if you want hids. i dont care for number one to much. three looks good but if you want the high/low hids then the projector is just there being useless.

Thanks for the replies so far everyone. I haven't given much thought to HIDs honestly. I agree that #1 doesn't look like much out there all by itself but there are a couple of trucks on here with them and they look pretty good installed.

Good stuff. Keep it coming.
