not that i know of but alot of people(including me) have just removed it, you can even do it with out taking the headlight apart but is harder and easier to mess things up

pull the headlight off and take all the bulbs out then stick a screwdriver up the hole to pop the reflector off, i suggest to try to get the rear most part to pop off first. then get some needle nose plyers, and a screw driver and start smashing it up into small pieces and shake the pieces out. i also used tin snips which worked great but not everyone has them

Just keep in mind that no amber light on the side of the vehicle is in violation of the law and 1) you could be cited, 2) if you're in an accident, lacking the amber light could be used against you.

But tcope - if you use stealth bulbs in there, you'd have the amber running lights. There just wouldn't be an amber lens in the light to look at during the day.
