Thumbs up Another Boondock Bumper

I know most of yall may not like these things, but thought I'd post for those who do.

I was awfully worried about something that big being put on my truck, but after Anthony got it on, it didn't take very long to grow on me. Now I really like having both of them. The hydraulic winch isn't fully connected (waiting on a part) and still need some Hella 500s for the light tabs, and the back bumper still needs some lights, but I'm very happy with it. The pics just don't do it justice.

Anthony is a great guy, he's a little swamped with work, but really went out of his way to get the bumper on (even when his workers were off) and he was feeling mighty poor that day. But a great guy to do business with and he sure knows what he's doing over there.

i kinda like it but the top rail needs to be a little lower and something that big just screams to be made out of diamond plate ( get that nice road warrior look going)

Yeah, I agree, I think he could cut about 2" off the bars so they could be lower and maybe have the center pieces go straight up, and that would work for the F150s.. I grew up with bumpers I could see from the drivers seat, and I like that I can see this one.

Thanks...and thanks for reminding me. We had an issue with the tow bar. The OEM tow package that comes on the '06 trucks attach directly to the bumper and frame. Both will have to come off and will have to purchase a tow bar....unless you want a bumper with the 2" receiver hitch on it.
