Strobes

Hello, nice forums here!

I am in the lawn care industry and would like to outfit my trucks with headlight strobes (front and rear) for when our trucks are parked along side of the road while we are working. I'm in Ohio.

A. Is this legal, or under certain circumstances?

B. Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks

it varies from state to state but usually you need to apply for a permit. you could probebly get away with getting one of those suction on orange light bars from galls. just make sure you have the right paper work for it. try contacting the DOT if you cant find the info online.

as far as type of light bar i would stick to something like this http://galls.com/style.html?assort=g...og&style=LB349
itll get the job done and is most likely legal for construction purposes. just remember to stick with orange
