^ I cut my lightbar mount. The tailgate pivot still hit it. But after 5 long years of service One side started flickering so I yanked it off. @$90 for a neat mod Im happy.

 

I had one on my 05 and it didn't even last the 2 years of the lease before the connector corroded out and the whole thing died. I like the light bars but if they don't last more than 1.5 years up here in Cleveland then why bother.

 

^that's exactly why i'm not doing it again. I feel like I was lucky it lasted that much.
