you should be ok if you put an orange bulb in it. i dont think a cop is going to get you for that. but if your worried about it i would just go ahead and get the ones with the orange reflector.

They should be if you use an amber bulb.

That's a good looking headlight. I'd use Stealth bulbs in the turn signals and put amber ones in the side running light sockets (possibly use Stealth bulbs there too, if the amber color shows through when the lights are not lit).

As long as the turn signals and running lights are amber when lit, I can't see how you'd be violating any laws in any state.

No they are not illegal. I have these exact same headlights and when u purchase them they come with a set of amber bulbs for the clear corners. I love mine
