I received a new ballast from flashplus yesterday ($35), installed it, and both lights fired right up. I know it has been said before, but if you order this kit from flashplus on ebay, it is not plug and play. I would suggest that if anyone were to purchase this kit from them, that you order a male H13/9008 headlight pigtail from suvlights.com ($18 including shipping) at the same time. This can take the place of the h4 plug; then it will be plug and play. Just plug orange to black, white to green/orange, blue to green/black (pay attention to the orientation of the plug as it will only connect one way, if you get it backwards, highs will be lows and vise~versa). This way you don't hack up your factory wiring if you ever want/need to go back to stock. Most guys, from what i have read, have had really good luck with this kit. I just happened to get a faulty ballast.
