Hey guys , I got my Stealth bulbs from performance products $29.95 when , I recieved them one of them just wasnt to my liking . The chome just looked darker in a spot . especially when it was installed . The manufacture also claim to be a lifetime guarantee!!! Anyway i call Performance up and tell them my problem . They say I have to buy a new set, then sent the old set back and get a refund . meadless to say I was pissed . So, I thought what the heck I called the manufacture . I think the number was even on the package . I was so surprised !! They said no , well fix it !! They sent me out 2 new bulbs I asked if i needed to see the old one they said no . Now I gotta spare !! I guess what im saying is these bulbs are a little pricy esp.from performance but, the manufacture is a great company to do business with .

this is not the first time that i hear someone complain about performance products customer service... that and their prices are not the best. the ones from ebay are about $13 the pair shipped. i noticed that my wifes 07 pilot has stealth bulbs standard. i thought it was the reflection from the housing or something. took them off and sure enough the look just like the ones on my F150

I ordered a pair from Xenonmods....on the 18th of Jan....still haven`t arrived so I emailed the guy..he said they may have got misdirected or something..so he is sending me another set...no charge...thats customer service.

He must use the reply on everyone! That's what he replied to me saying! I paid him and still no bulbs 2 weeks later! So I emailed him asking when they exactly shipped....he replied oh they must of gotten lost in the mail I'll sent you another pair. I say he is Lame!
