HID's for fog lights

Whats wrong with the original size 9145? (for the 07 F-150)

Nothing except the place i got my HID kit from didn't carry them. From what they said and what I can tell the bulb looks the same.

this is where i get mine from. they are a little expense but very small and great quality. I will upload some pics of it later

all hid bulbs are the same size anyhow... its the base thats different.

whao.. pretty pricey... there are other great companies out there that have kits with great warranty and are small for less money.

I only run 'Ignited Performance' HID kits and even mine are less then that and a much better known company.

but how many companies have one box (ballast and igniter in one) very small, thin and light.

plenty... but doesn't mean its better... more to go wrong by having it in one unit.

Where can I find the Ignited setup?

too each's own. I dont mind shelling out he money for this product. I've bought from them years ago (one for each vehicle) and I can honestly say that its a great product. Im not worrying about more going wrong with it by being one device as long as they warranty it. I have a 2 year warranty on it. I guess IPOD lovers feel the same way you do b/c its getting smaller. All I'm saying is that I love it. Look at its size.

I just installed the 9005 HID kit in my fog lights. The only modification I had to make on the kit I bought was to remove the O ring from the lights from the kit and use the O ring from the stock lights. Other than that they are an exact match. The O ring in the kit is thicker than the stock O ring therefore the light would not fit into the socket. After the switch it fits like a glove. Now we'll see if they melt the housing. More to come.

Get some on the road from the drivers seat pics up. Both with the fogs on and off.
