Iv'e never seen them at any major auto parts store, but you may get lucky and find one at some type of car/truck accessories store in your area. Other than that you may just have to order it online which isnt so bad up until you have to pay the HAZMAT charge.
Never seen it in a store... got mine of eBay IIRC.
I didn't have any HAZMAT charges, again that's probably because I ordered from eBay.
