New Lights

well i had my last final today and decided to go have some fun. so i went out and bought some driving lights to put behind my grille.

took about 3 hours. wouldnt have been as long, but i had to extend pretty much every where because none of the were long enough for what i was doing. everything is all wrapped up and neat. if yall want any pics of the bracket and what not, just let me know. oh and does anyone know if i could swap the 55w bulbs with some 100w without any problems??

What brand/etc? If you look at mine, they are farther set apart and mounted to the bumper. I pondered about the same spot as you, but the beams would've been too close together for my driving lights. Next place I woulda chose was the spot on the lower valence.

I'd like to do the same thing but these fog light dealers never give us any heavy-gauge wiring so I think that 100W's would fry the harnesses.

Off subject: When are we going to see a video of your wig-wags??? I wanna drool over them. I coulda' really used some police-like strobes tonight when a guy slammed on his brakes and pulled over (me almost running into him) and got behind me and he shines his brights at me. I think his rear-view didn't like my Hella's very well

the lights were just some cheap ones from walmart. but hey, they work. ive already been flashed several times when driving with them on. ill try to get a vid of the wig wag up soon. i think when i get my HIDs im gonna put the wig wag on the lights in the grille, since i cant use them with HIDs

heres the vid you wanted. sorry about the size, and the noise, the little kid next door was playing with my PA

Yeah, I just re-aimed my driving lights a few mins ago when I accidentally knocked one out of place when I washed my truck. I lowered them a bit so they're not annoying other drivers.

P.S: what the details on your PA? I'm thinking about doing something like that...
