Indexing wipers

Is it possible to index the wiper blades on my 97 F150 or are they fixed in place? I'd like to fix the passenger side wiper because it doesn't get all of the debris off the windshield.

OR is there another fix to this?

Thank you!

New blades? I get either Amco 20" or Michelin 21" (Michelin's not only match my tires but also last a lot longer than Amco.

Well no they are still good i think they are 22" maybe they are too long for the windshield, it just seems the one end of the passenger side wiper is not making contact with the glass, i tried to gingerly "bend" it down and it didn't really help out.

Maybe some Bosch Icons? Or the $15 Michellins. Bascially, any of the "one piece" wipers that hug the windshield.

Or maybe I didn't understand the question.:o
