Bullbar mounting brackets

Does anyone know where to get the brackets to mount a bull bar? I intelligently left the mounting brackets on my '05 when I traded it for an '07. They seem like they would be fairly easy to fabricate, if a guy knew how to work with steel (I don't). I'm checking ebay to see if any of the sellers offer just the brackets. It seems like it's just a piece of angle iron with four holes in them that match up with where the tow hooks come off. Any help is appreciated.

I actually was able to fabricate some out of angle iron from Lowes. I should have made them about 1/2 inch longer as they are touching the plastic of the bumper, but it's nothing that's going to leave a mark or damage anything. I was kind of proud of myself. I just took the tow rings off and used them as the template for the mounting holes on the truck and then used a piece of thin plywood to make a template of the holes on the bull bar. I drilled the holes, cut it to length (about 1/2 inch too short i found) and mounted it and it looks great. I wired up my fog lights and it's all set. I did contact Westin and they gave me the part number, but when I called NAPA and Oreilly's (Westing gave me those suppliers specifically) they could not locate the part number.

Make sure you made the brackets strong enough. You don't wanna have that falling off, or crushing your bumper and everything behind it in the event of a wreck.

The steel I used is thicker than the original brackets so I think it's good. I tugged on it repeatedly just because I often doubt my own ability, but it seems like i could just about tow a vehicle with it (not that I would). Again, my main mistake was the length. I might make a couple more that would be a little longer to make the bull bar sit about a 1/2 inch further forward. Even after I saved about $40 by making my own brackets, the wife said "Why don't you just go see if your truck is still at the dealership?" It's been about three months and it's a big dealership that I pass every day, but she can't resist a jab instead of an attaboy.
