The harness that that guy gives you plugs right into the factory healight plug. Yes they do look blue BUT thats about as blue as you want to go for normal driving. 10K are dark blue and would be like driving around with blue halogen bulbs, not worth the money in my opinion.

I really like when I'm on a 3 lane highway in the middle lane with a car on both sides of me and my headlights outshine thiers so much you cant even tell they have thier lights on!
The Xenon light is picked up very easy by all the reflective signs on the highway. Good luck with your choice guy.
