bolt-over or replacement?

I was looking at the carriage works billet grille to replace my 05 stock honeycomb grille. i dont know whether the replacement grille or just the bolt-over would be better. any suggestions?

The replacement looks MUCH better than the bolt over. I did not install the Ford logo either. A nicle clean looking grill.
Be sure to get the matching lower grill.

Bolt overs are so tacky looking IMHO.
