Just b.c the surface is dried, doesnt mean its dried all the way through. I would give it about 5 min between coats.

Well I agree with you, but the way it was going, I could tell it was dry, and it turned out fine...

they needed to be cleaned up, major oxidation on the chrome, needed to be resealed, and i was gonna paint the indsides black also

my head lights are really bad. do you think that if i took them apart i would be able to get the yellow off the inside?

ya. ive done all that. i went sanded them with like 23424135234 different papers. polished. and used meguires plastX. they have leaked for several year, there is always condensation on the insides, thats why i figure maybe i could get it out from the inside

ya i want some. but dont they have those little lines running through them? my corners are completely clear in dont know how they will look next to them. i dont want to spend that much money if they wont look good.

the yellow is on the outside, sand them with 1000 grit for a while, then take a buffer with polishing compound to them.
