I am fixing to order the mark lt handles for my truck, I went to the lincoln dealer and checked on prices. The key pad handle was 130 and the other were around 65-70. But the tailgate handle was only 30. I was thinkin since it has a lock on it it should be the same as the other doors. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. I want to make sure i get the right thing the first time. so maybe if any of you have changed out yours. any reason why it would be so much cheaper? Thanks

 

Maybe because it's smaller than the rest? My tailgate handle was cheaper than the others, so you should be fine.

You should try to order the handles online from one of the parts vendors. I got my from www.fastpartsnetwork.com

You may be able to get a lower price than the dealership.
