Well, after about a month after I've installed my PUTCO handles, the material is peeling on the buckets (trim) for each. I think I might get the factory ones painted-to-match and re-install them instead. It'll look sharp still.
These aren't the covers, its the replacement handles and buckets.
Anyone had this product, feedback?
And how did you deal with the warranty? Get it replaced or your $$$ back?

I ordered my grill insert from them and they screwed up pretty big... First off they sent me two left sides, so I called back, explained what happened and they said, no prob, we'll send you the matching right side piece.... A few days later the correct part arrived, except it had a completely different finish to it. The edges were beveled differently, and the finish wasn't as polished. So, back on the phone, sent them pictures, and they finally sent me the right parts.
Long story short, it took alot longer and was kind of a PITA, but it didn't cost me anything to get the right parts, and now that I have them, I love them. Talk to their customer service and they should take care of you.

I have an email into their IT rep for the online inquiries.
Would love it if they could just say "go to the dealership, get them to send them back on my behalf" , perhaps even get a credit for the parts dept.
I've dealt with them enough that hopefully it can be as easy as that.

Well, called the dealership this morning.
They are getting a pair ordered in for me to replace the peeled set.
Sweet! Hope that I don't have the same issue as the first pair, otherwise I'll paint the OEM ones to match the truck's color and go with that.
