Better Built Customer Service

Bought a truck with Better Built Nerf Bars and an automatic carwash knocked off a couple of the plastic step pad inserts. Just called the company and they are mailing me new ones without any questions. Im not the original owner of the truck or the nerf bars. Thought it was pretty good CS.

BetterBuilt customer service

I purchased a pair of chrome bed rails from BetterBuilt. Within the first year the bars started to pit and rust. I emailed the company and was asked to email pictures to them of the problem. Within a week I had new bars at my door......................great company to work with. It's nice to have someone who will stand behind their product!!
