TYC HeadLights
Creative,
I can't blame you for returning them. They do look great on our trucks, but it's almost not worth the pain. They're aimed well on mine now... I'll get pictures up soon!
ws6,
Every Walmart around here has tons of Nighthawks in stock. Unfortunately, they don't sell them online. During the process of changing bulbs around, I returned a pair of Sylvania Xtravisions to a different Walmart and found that the Walmart I returned them at was selling them for 6 dollars less than the one I bought them at! That brought the price down to 13 dollars for those. So, it's probably not a bad thing to keep looking around.

NightHawks
Just bought some of those GE NightHawks last week from a Wal-Mart and have been driving around with them installed. Unfortunatley, I have been out on business trips and driving in rental cars more than my truck. Not as brite as the Ultra's but they get the job done and I still see dark spots in front of the projected beam on the road just like the Ultras and regular SilverStars. So, this definetly the design of the TYC lights that make the dark spot pattern. I even tried reaiming the lights lower to get rid of the spots but....still there.
I have one of those special Lisle tools, P/N #14540, on order that are designed to make it easier to reach and adjust all three 4mm adjustment screws instead of using a wrench that gets lost and can't be used on the side adjusters. Difficult to adjust the lights on a 2001-2003 SuperCrew but maybe easier on a newer model ???
Still have not taken pictures of the various light patterns as tis the season to be busy as hell. I plan on doing this with every lightbulb I have in my arsenol when I get the chance.

Keith,
I think TXTech fixed his issue. Here is a link to his post:
