Foglight MOD

OK...I want to add foglights to the rig, but don't have the stock valance, and don't really like that look anyway (and I like to be unique)...

So I want to know if anybody knows if I can put the square foglights from an F-250 (I know the 2001 Super Duty Lariat had them) into the little square holes in the front valance next to the liscense plate.

IF I CAN DO THIS...Does anybody know where I can get these lights for a reasonable price? Ford wants $66 for EACH (that is, 66 for right, 66 for left). If not, does anybody know where I can get a set of square foglights?

Thanks in advace for all your help.

I would suggest looking at buying a kit. You will need wire harness, switch, etc. for installing.

I know that I'll need the harnesses, etc. This isn't my first lighting mod (I've done driving lights twice and reverse lights). I have plenty of wire, extra switches, and wire connectors, so that won't be a problem. As for wallyworld, the local one has rectangular ones, which are too large and oval ones which would fit (So do you think this would look stupid, or should I go that route?)

But does anybody know if the F-250 foglights will fit the square holes? (I presume everybody knows what hiles I'm talking about...)

As for Ebay--I'm such an idiot. Last night this didn't even cross my mind (Need more sleep...and coffee...)

Thanks to all who've posted/helped out.

If You Wanna B Unique Like You Said: You Should Cut The Holes Needed To Fit The F-250 Lights And Ditch Out 120 Bucks To Get What You Want-and You'll Probly B The Only One With 'em

Sorry. For the time being, I've got another set that I'm installing this next week or so. Mainly, I need to find a way to get that little black console out (near Driver's right knee) so I can set up a switch panel...See gallery for the location.

I checked ebay, still higher priced than what I had in mind. I've got some that I held in the valance and they look pretty cool IMO. Maybe I'll later sell the lights to a friend/mount them on another vehicle and go ahead with the f-250 fogs.
